It is our family name, and it became the family business. Jumping Castle is run by Jose Castillo here in Tucson, with castles bought new, cleaned after every party and set up by people who treat your yard like their own.
No call centers, no franchises. When you book, you are texting the man who shows up with the truck. That is why half our parties come from the last party.

Good to know
How long do I get the castle?
All day. We usually set up in the morning and pick up in the evening, so you get the whole day for one flat price.
What if it's windy or rains?
Safety first. If weather is unsafe we reschedule your date or return your deposit, your choice.
Do parks allow jumping castles?
Most Tucson parks do with a ramada reservation. Tell us the park and we will handle the setup details.
What do I need at my house?
A normal outlet within 100 feet and a gate or path about 3 feet wide. Grass or dirt both work, we bring tarps and stakes or sandbags.
Are the castles clean?
Every unit is vacuumed, washed and sanitized between rentals. Kids play in these, we treat them that way.
